Thank You for your interest in Eshun Designs Co. we are always excited when customers are interested in owning their very own piece of Eshun. We offer custom designs and special orders because we all love jewelry that personally expresses our personality. Please review our current store policies for further details on personalized pieces.
- Returns: We know that you will find everything you purchase at Eshun Designs Co. an absolute delight…if for some reason you would like to return an item we accept returns within 30 days of purchase for refund, exchange, store credit or gift certificate. Please mail receipt and the item in the original packaging. Please indicate reason for return.
- For refunds we will mail a company check in the amount of the purchased item. Please etsy convo me for your choice of item to exchange or indicate if you are interested in a store credit or gift certificate and they will be emailed within 24 hrs.
- Shipping: We ship USPS Priority mail nationally and internationally. Please allow 2 weeks to process all online shipping orders. Please make sure that your Paypal address and your Etsy address are the same and where you would like your item to be shipped. Local orders can be either shipped via mail or picked up at our Eshun Designs Co. studio. {email me for details}
- Custom Design Orders: are considered original handmade pieces that are created by request. We require a 50% deposit on all pieces and two weeks to 4 weeks to design and craft your original handmade piece. Please fill out our custom order form and we will contact you via email within 48 hrs to consult on your custom design.
- Special Orders: are considered pieces in our Eshun Designs Co. core line that are redesigned with a stone of your choice, or metal of your desire. Special orders require 50% deposit and 2 weeks to be processed and shipped out. Please fill out our special order form and we will contact you via email in 48hrs to consult on you special order.
- Wholesale Orders: we offer wholesale to retailers across the globe…we look for shops and retailers who share our design aesthetic and company values to ensure that Eshun Designs Co. and you are a good fit. Interested retailers and shop owners please fill out our wholesale form and we will contact you via email within 48hrs with details about our wholesale process.
